About approval of Rules of identification of animals
For the purpose of determination of procedure for carrying out identification of animals, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About identification of animals", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Rules of identification of animals according to appendix.
2. The state inspectorate for veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to other state bodies of the executive authority and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to be guided by the Rules approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
