About the medical labor commissions of experts (MLCE) and about procedure for transfer of the pensions granted owing to labor mutilation or occupational disease

In pursuance of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About procedure for enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population together with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to make offers on improvement of work of VTEK in the Cabinet of Ministers.

Regulations on procedure for transfer of the pensions granted owing to labor mutilation or occupational disease to other states according to the appendix N 2.

2. N 121 to consider the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Uzbek SSR and the Uzbek Republican council of labor unions of March 4, 1985 invalid.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
