Being guided by Item 1 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of approval of "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On registration at the place of residence and the place of stay", No. 773-IQ approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 8, 1999, with the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic of Millie the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Under Article 18:
