In the application form about putting down of apostille on the statement/extraction/reference from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of July 3, 2013 No. 1328/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 8, 2013 for No. 1134/23666 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 18, 2014 No. 1161/5), "Department of state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs of the Public registration service of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words words "The public registration service of Ukraine".

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Martynenko S. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Bondarchuk I. V.
