About entering of amendments and changes into presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning holdings and other associations of legal entities
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of holdings and other associations of legal entities I decide:
1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for provision as a loan money the state organizations and economic societies from shares of the state in authorized funds approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 296 "About streamlining of use of financial resources of the state organizations and economic societies from shares of the state in authorized funds" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 73, 1/7551), to add with subitem 4.2-1 of the following content:
"4.2-1. to subsidiary companies of holdings as which managing companies the state unitary enterprises or economic societies from shares of the state in authorized fund of 50 and more percent act, - these managing companies on the purposes provided in subitem 4.1 of this Item;";
1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 No. 660 "About some questions of creation and activities of holdings in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 3, 1/11254; 2011, No. 117, 1/12998; 2012, No. 26, 1/13361; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.07. 2012, 1/13622; 26.09. 2012, 1/13759):

Before submission of documents for registration of holding by managing company of holding (the owner or person authorized by it) the consent of antimonopoly authority to its creation in the cases provided by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2013 "About counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition" shall be received (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.12. 2013, 2/2092).";
