"237-1. In case of transfer of plan assignments of the abolished (liquidated) structural (territorial) divisions of the central state bodies, their departments transfer by the administrator of the republican budget program or public institution, accepted plan assignments, the salary to employees of the above-stated divisions, taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget, obligatory and voluntary pension contributions, social assignments, payment of banking services is allowed.
Administrators of republican budget programs and public institutions in case of money transfer on current accounts or savings accounts of the workers who are carrying out the functional obligations during abolition (liquidation) bear responsibility for justification and reliability of the account for payment and the list of the payees represented to territorial subdivisions of treasury.".
