About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standards of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities by executive bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations" of June 3, 2014 No. 303

For the purpose of improvement of quality and availability of the state services rendered to citizens and legal entities according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services" and articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standards of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities by executive bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations" of June 3, 2014 amendment No. 303 according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after the expiration of 15 days from the date of official publication.

Provision of service is performed:

- in the rooms answering to the established sanitary standards;

- on the first-come, first-served basis;

- reception availability for the address (there is place for filling of the statement, models of filling of statements with indication of the list of necessary documents for the applicant);

- the educational audiences (the computer, the screen, slide projector, the printer, the copier, the fax, the DVD, the TV, the camera, the video camera) equipped with office equipment, hotel, the dining room, the Internet, training distributing materials, the mobile and educational module (MEM) based on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter car for exit occupations with the population, living on potential and dangerous sites;

- preferential categories of citizens (participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, persons with limited opportunities of health (further - LOVZ), with violations of the musculoskeletal device, elderly citizens, expectant mothers, etc.) are serviced out of turn;

- availability of the information stand with placement of information on the provided services;
