Citizens (physical persons: citizens of the KR, foreign citizens and stateless persons), not having medical contraindications;

Conditions of provision of the state service

Provision of service is performed:

- in the rooms answering to the established sanitary standards;

- on the first-come, first-served basis;

- reception availability for the address (there is place for filling of the statement, models of filling of statements with indication of the list of necessary documents for the applicant);

- the educational audiences (the computer, the screen, slide projector, the printer, the copier, the fax, the DVD, the TV, the camera, the video camera) equipped with office equipment, hotel, the dining room, the Internet, training distributing materials, the mobile and educational module (MEM) based on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter car for exit occupations with the population, living on potential and dangerous sites;

- preferential categories of citizens (participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, persons with limited opportunities of health (further - LOVZ), with violations of the musculoskeletal device, elderly citizens, expectant mothers, etc.) are serviced out of turn;

- availability of the information stand with placement of information on the provided services;

- providing easy access of citizens to sanitary and hygienic rooms (the washing room, toilet), including availability of ramps, hand-rail, the equipped toilets for LOVZ;

- the state service is provided in the state or official language at the choice of the applicant

Term of provision of the state service

1) expectation Term in queue for filing of application - no more than 30 minutes.

2) the Term of acceptance and consideration of the application - no more than 3 working days.

3) Aggregate term of provision of service in training, preparation, retraining, advanced training according to the curriculum posted on the official website and the information stand, in the state and official languages. From 7 to 70 hours depending on category of the trainee

Communication with visitors

Personal acceptance, with registration of visitors in the magazine of addresses of citizens is made. The employee performing acceptance of visitors respects the job and functional responsibilities, professional ethical standards which are not allowing the violations of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic providing the ethics, independence and objectivity in relation to citizens excluding conflict of interest.

On table of the employee performing acceptance of visitors there is information plate with indication of First name, middle initial, last name and the employee's positions, or the employee has information badge. With special needs on medical and social indications (LOVZ with violation of the musculoskeletal device, elderly citizens, veterans of war and work, expectant mothers, etc.) communication and provision of service are made for persons in form, clear and available to them.
