On the first question
Requirements for restriction of cash settlings of physical person with the company (entrepreneur), stipulated in Item 1 Resolutions No. 210 and Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 of the Provision No. 637, concerning payment under transactions which subject are any material and non-material benefits which can be estimated in cash, including agreement settlements, connected with corporate laws, provision or return of loan, payment of penalty.
Thus, dividend payout by cash within one day to the company (entrepreneur) is limited in the amount of 10000 hryvnias, and to physical person in the amount of 150000 hryvnias.
On the second question
According to Item 4.8 of Chapter 4 of the Provision No. 637 at the companies having one cashier in case of need of its temporary replacement fulfillment of duties of the cashier is assigned to other worker according to the written order of the head. The agreement on full financial responsibility for the period of execution of the cashier's obligations by it is signed with this worker.
The companies which staff list does not provide the cashier's position can assign execution of its obligations according to the written order of the head to the accountant or other worker with whom the agreement on full financial responsibility is signed.
