1. Under Article 24-1:

1.1. in Article 24-1.1 after the word "their" to add with words "the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic, or the legal entity accepted on state registration in the Azerbaijan Republic, branch or representation of the foreign legal entity (branch or representative office of non-governmental organization of the foreign state which signed the agreement, the stipulated in Article 12.3 presents of the Law)";
