About cooperation between Diplomatic academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of K. Dikambayev and Institute of the international relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

Diplomatic academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of K. Dikambayev and the Institute of the international relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

aiming at strengthening of the relations of friendship and cooperation on mutually advantageous conditions between the Parties,

in view of need of establishment and development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of training, exchange of information and holding scientific actions between the Parties, agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this Memorandum is creation and expansion of conditions for regular contacts and cooperation in the field of education and training within programs and actions of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties, according to legislations of the states, will perform cooperation on equal and mutually advantageous basis in the way:

- cooperation on the basis of regular training courses;

- exchange of participants of rates, listeners and faculty;

- search of opportunities for cooperation in the field of scientific research and publications;

- experience exchange on quality assurance of training and technique of teaching;

- exchange of the publications and information materials which are of mutual interest;

- holding joint scientific conferences, symposiums, seminars, meetings.

Article 3

Forms, duration, terms of the exchange and training of agents of the parties will be determined on the basis of the mutual arrangement. Financial aspects of this Memorandum will be approved in each case separately.
