About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for housing and communal services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2013, Art. No. 1 15, No. 68, the Art. 2467) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869

1. Add Item 1 of the resolution after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Procedure for forming of rates for services in centralized supply of cold water, water disposal (with use of intra house systems),".

With respect thereto the fourth - the sixth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the seventh.

2. According to the procedure of forming of rates for heat energy, its production, transportation and delivery, service in centralized heating and supply of hot water, approved by the specified resolution:

"The national commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word "The national commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities";

2) to add Item 61 after the paragraph of the eleventh with the new paragraph of the following content:
