Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Basic concepts

In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

- mass action - open, peace, available to everything, the action held in the form of meeting, meeting, demonstration, picketing and street procession or in different combinations of these forms performed at the initiative of citizens, political parties, public and religious associations;
