About modification of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. 1. Article 139 to state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. If the judge determines that the statement is filed a lawsuit without observance of the requirements stated in Articles 134 and 135 of this Code takes out determination about leaving of the statement without movement, and provides to the applicant term for correction of shortcomings. The copy of this determination is handed to the applicant no later than three days from the date of its removal.".

2. State Article 232 in the following edition:

"Article 232. Delivery to persons participating in case, copies of determination

To persons participating in case, to the copy of determination about suspension or postponement of consideration of the case it is handed according to their requirement, and the copy of determination about suit abatement or about leaving of the statement without consideration in the form certified as appropriate no more than three days from the date of its removal are handed in time.".

3. In Article 361 the word of "removal" shall be replaced with words "deliveries to persons participating in case, copies".
