"Proposals which were submitted till March 15 of the current year by the relevant municipalities and national associations representing them for allocation from the government budget of subvention to local budgets for the purpose of implementation of the projects connected with acceptance and execution of local programs of social protection, ecological, and also economic programs and programs of social development including for the purpose of financing of the additional powers assigned to municipalities by bodies of legislative and executive power are studied by relevant organ of the executive authority within 30 days then it is provided to the relevant municipalities of information on their acceptance or on refusal in that. Documents and data, the stipulated in Clause 11.14 Laws "About Budget System", together with the corresponding financial and economic reasons in connection with projects concerning which permission to assignment for execution is got are represented by municipality to relevant organ of the executive authority till May 1. The subventions allocated from the government budget are distributed by relevant organ of the executive authority according to the projects provided by municipalities till February 15 every year.
