About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of legal status of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 58, 1/2748; 2007, No. 148, 1/8682; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688; No. 159, 1/10812; 2010, No. 119, 1/11590; No. 184, 1/11830; 2011, No. 99, 1/12803; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 1/14055; 27.02. 2014, 1/14857; 03:07. 2014, 1/15134):
Item 3 part two in paragraph four shall be replaced with words the word of "activities" "annual accounting (financial) accounts";
from part one of Item 8 of the word "central storage" to exclude;
in Item 12:
