About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About export and import of cultural values"

2. State Articles 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Purpose of this Law
This Law determines the legal basis of protection and preserving historical and cultural heritage and establishes procedure for export of historical and cultural values from the Republic of Tajikistan and procedure for their import to the Republic of Tajikistan.
Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on export and import of historical and cultural values
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on export and import of historical and cultural values is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
3. In Article 3:
- in this Article and further in all text of the Law to designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-";
- in paragraphs one, the second, the third, fourth and fifth the words "cultural values", "cultural values" respectively shall be replaced with words "historical and cultural values", "historical and cultural values".
4. In Article 4:
- to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"The historical and cultural values falling under operation of this Law";
- in the text of Article the word "cultural" shall be replaced with words "historical and cultural";
