National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, on the one hand, and National Bank of Tajikistan, on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as "Parties", considering cooperation in the field of training of bank personnel as one of important factors of increase in efficiency of activities of both banks and aiming to provide further development and strengthening of professional contacts between specialists of the Parties, expressed desire to sign this agreement about cooperation.

The parties recognize that joint appendix of their efforts on training of personnel can accelerate the solution of tasks of strengthening of bank systems of two countries.

For this purpose:

Article 1

The parties agreed to perform cooperation in the following forms:

give opportunity to specialists to participate in training events (seminars, conferences, training, etc.) held by training centers of the Parties;

direct experts for holding specialized seminars in training centers of other Party;

carry out work experience exchange;

organize professional training of specialists of the Parties;

direct specialists for carrying out consultations in urgent problems of activities of the Central (national) Bank;

set up cooperation of subordinated educational institutions of the Parties;

organize taking into account wishes and opportunities of the Parties training of specialists in programs of occupational retraining;

promote establishment and development of professional contacts, including in the field of personnel training, it is direct between regional structural divisions of the Parties.

Article 2

For ensuring effective cooperation of the Party shall organize exchange of developments in the field of content and technique of bank education, educational and information and methodical materials, publications in periodicals of the Parties.
