1. Create the Joint commission of the State Parties of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against illegal migration of March 6, 1998 (further - the Joint commission).
2. Approve Regulations on the Joint commission of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against illegal migration of March 6, 1998 it (is applied).
3. To the governments of the State Parties of the Agreement within three months to determine plenipotentiaries in structure of the Joint commission and to inform Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
4. The decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
It is made in the city of Cholpon-At on April 16, 2004 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
