About approval of the Action plan on reorganization of medical services in penal institutions for 2015-2016

Based on the Law No. 231 of November 25, 2011 on approval of Strategy of reform of the sector of justice for 2011-2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 1-6, 6), and also for the purpose of accomplishment of the Action plan on strategy implementation of reform of the sector of justice for 2011-2016 approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 6 of February 16, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 109-112, 371), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the Action plan on reorganization of medical services in penal institutions for 2015-2016 it (is applied).

2. To perform accomplishment of the actions included in the Action plan on reorganization of medical services in penal institutions for 2015-2016 at the expense of the means provided in budgets of the bodies responsible for their accomplishment and also from other sources, according to the current legislation.

3. To the bodies responsible for implementation of the provided actions, quarterly to provide to the Ministry of Justice information on accomplishment of the specified plan.

4. To the Ministry of Justice annually till February 1 to provide to the Government information on the level of accomplishment of actions of the specified plan.
