ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2009 No. 15-r "About further measures for enhancement of legislative activities"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2009 No. 15-r "About further measures for enhancement of legislative activities".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2009 No. 15-r "About further measures for enhancement of legislative activities"

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 21, 1998 No. 367 "About the Republican terminological commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 12, the Art. 98):

as a part of the Republican terminological commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the paragraph the twelfth changes are made to the text in Kazakh, in Russian the text does not change.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2016 No. 904
