About modification of the Rules of implementation of the state control of ensuring fertility of lands approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 23, 2003 No. 979

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic for the purpose of reduction of "Rules of implementation of the state control of ensuring fertility of the lands" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 23, 2003 No. 979 in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and to protection of interests of entrepreneurs" I decide:

Make the following changes to the "Rules of implementation of the state control of ensuring fertility of lands" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 23, 2003 No. 979 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 584; 2007, No. 2, Article 87; 2009, No. 4, Article 226):

1. exclude from part 4 of the word "State Committee on the Ground and Cartography of the Azerbaijan Republic".

2. give part 7 in the following edition:

"7. The state control of ensuring fertility of lands in subjects of entrepreneurship and registration of its results are performed in the cases and procedure provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs.".
