having intention to promote development of the relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will develop cooperation in the social and labor sphere in the following directions:

regulation of the labor market and problem resolution of employment of the population;

labor protection of workers on workplaces;

relation between social partners;

salary and material stimulation;

level of living and income of the population;

professional training and retraining of personnel;

labor migration;

social support of needy citizens (families).

Article 2

The parties provide each other information on the current legislation of the states in the field of work, employment, migration and social protection of the population, materials of the analysis and generalization of practice.

Article 3

The parties will exchange groups of experts for the purpose of acquisition of new knowledge in the field of work and employment of the population.

Article 4

The parties will invite the interested workers for participation in the national and international conferences held in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan, seminars and exhibitions on social and labor problems.
