Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 27, 2013 I decide No. 875-IVQD:

Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the measures connected with enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" of February 16, 2011 No. 386 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 2, Article 90, No. 7, Article 625, No. 11, Article 996; 2012, No. 9, Article 853, No. 11, Article 1084; 2013, No. 2, Article 124, No. 12, Article 1525):

1. In "Provision on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the above-mentioned Decree:

1.1. in subitem 3.1.19 of the word "without signing the employment contract (contract)" shall be replaced with words "without introduction in legal force of the employment contract (contract)";

1.2. add with subitem 3.1.19-1 of the following content:

"3.1.19-1. Provide functionality of electronic information system according to the notification on the employment contract;".

2. In "Regulations on Public service of inspection of work under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the above-mentioned Decree:

2.1. exclude from Item 1.1 of the word "engaged in business activity without formation of legal entity";
