About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for the violation of the bank law approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 in case of No. 1590/21902 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine:

1) of August 15, 2001 No. 343 "About approval of Rules of registration of correspondent accounts of banks by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2001 for No. 780/5971;

2) of August 20, 2003 No. 353 "About modification of Rules of registration of correspondent accounts of banks by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2003 for No. 800/8121;

3) of August 17, 2006 No. 325 "About modification of Rules of registration of correspondent accounts of banks by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2006 for No. 1026/12900;
