the list of subsystems (components, modules) of unified information system in the field of purchases is determined in technical documentation on the specified system based on functional requirements to this system which are created by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation determined according to part 6 of article 4 of the Federal Law "About contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs;

for acceptance of works (their results) on creation of unified information system in the field of purchases by the Federal Treasury the interdepartmental commission on creation of unified information system in the field of purchases is created;

the unified information system in the field of purchases is put into operation following the results of acceptance tests;
