The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as "Party", considering cooperation in the field of training of personnel as one of the most important factors of increase in efficiency of activities of both banks and aiming to provide further development and strengthening of professional contacts between specialists of the Parties, expressed desire to sign this agreement about cooperation.

For this purpose:

Article 1

The parties agreed to perform cooperation in the following forms:

give opportunity to specialists to participate in the seminars held by Training centers and other training structures of the Parties;

carry out work experience exchange;

direct experts for carrying out consultations in urgent problems of activities of Central Banks;

develop cooperation between educational institutions of the Parties.

Article 2

For ensuring effective cooperation of the Party shall organize experience exchange in the field of content and technique of bank education, educational and information and methodical materials, publications in periodicals of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties agree to consider question of the organization of joint conferences, round tables.

Article 4

During training events:

the sending party undertakes costs for journey, medical insurance, accommodation and food;

the host party undertakes the organization and carrying out training, the order of the place of residence, transportation supply in the territory.

During stay of experts for carrying out consultations in urgent problems of activities of Central Banks:

the sending party undertakes costs for journey and medical insurance;

the host party undertakes accommodation costs, food, transportation supply in the territory.
