Make the following changes to the "Rules of implementation of the state control over use and protection of water objects" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 25, 1998 No. 195 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 602; 2005, No. 1, Article 49, No. 6, Article 558; 2006, No. 4, Article 370; 2007, No. 4, Article 390; 2012, No. 5, Article 477):

1. exclude from the 4th part of the word "provisions of the relevant organizations and another".

2. Add with part of 4-1 following content:

"4-1. The state control in subjects of entrepreneurship is exercised in cases and the procedure established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of interests of entrepreneurs.".
