About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning determination of final beneficiaries of legal entities and public figures

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 166-11 to add 1) with part five of the following content:

"Non-presentation by the legal entity to the state registrar of Ukraine provided by the Law "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" information on the beneficiary (beneficiaries) of the legal entity -

attracts imposing on the head of the legal entity or person, authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity (executive body), penalty from three hundred to five hundred free minima income of citizens";

2) in Item of 1 part one of Article 255:

a) the paragraph "subjects of the state financial monitoring (Article 166-9, 188-34)" to state in the following edition:

"Subjects of the state financial monitoring (Article 166-9, part five of Article 166-11, Article 188-34)";

b) in the paragraph "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs (parts one, the second, ninth and tenth Article 166-6, Article 166-11)" the word and figures "Article 166 - 11" shall be replaced with words also in figures "parts one - the fourth Article 166-11".

2. The economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Article 64-1 of the following content:

"Article 64-1. Final beneficiary of the company

1. The companies, except the state and utility companies, shall establish the final beneficiary, regularly update and store information on him and provide it to the state registrar in cases and in amount, provided by the law.
