About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490 and of June 15, 2011 No. 778

1. Make change and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on criteria for evaluation of working conditions for separate employee categories and (or) features (types) of the performed works for the purposes of professional pension insurance and the procedure for their application approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490 "About some questions of professional pension insurance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 249, 5/28508):

in subitem 20.2 of Item 20 of the word "with the Ministry of Sport and tourism or" shall be replaced with words "(contract) with the Ministry of Sport and tourism, the centers of the Olympic preparation, the centers of the Olympic reserve,";

to add subitem 21.1 of Item 21 after the word "agreements" with the word of "(contract)";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2011 No. 778 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for involvement of the military personnel, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the law-enforcement bodies, financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions on emergency situations enlisted in national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports for accomplishment of tasks in bodies of service" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 70, 5/33979):
