In pursuance of provisions of Art. 32 of the h. (4) the Law No. 407-XVI of December 21, 2006 on insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 47-49, the Art. 213) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market
1. Approve Regulations on the Register of the guarantees and other obligations of the insurer (overcautious person) which are not reflected in balance according to appendix.
2. Within 15 days from the effective date of this resolution each insurer shall found the Register of the guarantees and other obligations of the insurer (overcautious person) which are not reflected in balance, provided by the provision specified in Item 1, in which will bring the guarantees and other obligations operating on registration date.
