About questions of creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakh national research technical university of name K.I. Satpayeva"

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "The Kazakh national research technical university of name K.I. Satpayeva" (further - the NAO "KAZNITU") with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO "KAZNITU" rendering educational services in the field of the higher, postgraduate and additional education, carrying out basic and applied researches for generation and transfer of new knowledge, creation of modern scientific infrastructure and implementation of scientific developments.
3. Reorganize joint-stock company "National scientific and technological holding "Parasat" (further - JSC Parasat) by separation into joint-stock companies "The scientific and technological center "Parasat" (further - JSC STC), "The center of science" and "The national center of seismological observations and researches" (further - JSC NTsSNiI).
4. Determine the main objects of activity:
1) JSC STC - implementation of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, including realization of intellectual property right, and also carrying out research and development works; creating favorable conditions of scientific technology development and practical application of results of scientific and/or scientific and technical activities;
2) JSC Center of Science - the management of legal entities, blocks of shares (shares in the authorized capital) whom are transferred to payment of the placed shares of JSC Center of Science for the purpose of generation and transfer of new knowledge, creation of modern scientific infrastructure;
3) JSC NTsSNiI - carrying out scientific research and observations in the field of seismology, the forecast of earthquakes, damage and decrease in effects of strong natural and technogenic seismic events, assessment of seismic danger and risk.
