The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

based on provisions of the Agreement between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine about military cooperation signed on December 17, 1992

considering mutual interest of the Parties in free provision of medical care by the serviceman and to members of their families during stay in the territories of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is determination of the principles of provision of medical care by the serviceman of armed forces of the states of the Parties, to members of their families which stay in the territory of the states of the Parties by the invitation of the host party.

Article 2. Determinations

For the purposes of this agreement the below-stated expressions are applied in such value:

"military personnel" is citizens who according to the national legal system of the states of the Parties pass military service in the territory of the states of the Parties;

"members of families" - the wife (husband) and the serviceman's child who are on his (her) content.

Article 3. Authorized bodies of the Parties

Authorized bodies of the Parties for implementation of provisions of this agreement are:

from the Belarusian Side - military-medical management of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus;

from the Ukrainian Side - the Head military-medical department of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
