About modification of the Maritime Code of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. At the end of Article 48.2.2 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Articles 48.2.3 and 48.3 of the following content:

"48.2.3. lead without fail personal insurance upon accident of the passengers transported by the vessel performing services in transportation of passengers (except for the passengers transported in the city or the settlement), according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance".

48.3. In case of accomplishment of the requirement, stipulated in Clause 48.2.3 of this Code, the permission to operate of the vessel is given.".
