According to the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, and for the purpose of reduction to requirements of the current legislation of the Instruction for carrying out separation, allocation and calculation of shares of real estate units approved by the order of the Ministry concerning housing and communal services of Ukraine of June 18, 2007 No. 55, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on July 6, 2007 on No. 774/14041, I order:
1. Bring in the Instruction for carrying out separation, allocation and calculation of shares of real estate units approved by the order of the Ministry concerning housing and communal services of Ukraine of June 18, 2007 No. 55, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 6, 2007 on No. 774/14041 (further - the Instruction), the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 of the word "bureau of technical inventory count (further-BTI)" "subjects of managing which perform technical inventory count of real estate units (further - subjects of managing)";
In paragraph one of Item 2.5 of Chapter 2 abbreviation of "BTI" shall be replaced with words 2) "subjects of managing";
