attaching importance to development of the traditional relations of friendship, mutual understanding and cooperation between the people of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova,
emphasizing importance and relevance of the inter-parliamentary cooperation directed to deepening of the comprehensive relations between two states in political, social, economic and humanitarian spheres
aiming at further strengthening of constructive bonds and contacts between regulatory authorities of both states,
agreed as follows:
The parties will develop inter-parliamentary cooperation of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova for the benefit of social, economic and cultural development of both states.
For the purpose of ensuring coordination of parliamentary activities at the international level of the Party will hold consultations, to give support and assistance each other in case of discussion in the international parliamentary organizations of the questions which are of mutual interest.
The parties will promote establishment of continuous communications between groups of friendship, the commissions (committees) and deputy groups of regulatory authorities of both states, to exchange delegations of parliamentarians for studying of practice of development and adoption of legal acts, experience of parliamentary activities.
The parties will promote establishment of continuous communications between the secretariats of chambers of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Office of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova for the purpose of studying of practice of ensuring activities of legislature.
