The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee on securities under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus which further are referred to as with the Parties

for the purpose of realization of the practical measures aimed at the development of long-term economic cooperation

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties perform regular exchange of information about condition of the security markets of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties shall provide each other the following information on the activities and on condition of the national security markets:

1) the list of the adopted and invalid regulatory legal acts on regulation of activities of issuers of securities, professional participants of the security market, organizers of the biddings by securities, institutional investors, self-regulatory organizations;

2) the information about the list of professional participants of the security market and other organizations performing activities in the security market based on licenses and permissions;

3) data on quantity, the prices and amounts of the transactions with non-state issued securities registered in trade systems of organizers of the biddings by securities;

4) data on the registered issues of securities of legal entities;

5) official publications of bodies of the states of the Parties regulating activities in the security market.

The term of submission of information specified in the Items 1)-4) of this Article: quarterly no later than the 25th day of the first month of the next quarter.

The term of submission of the official publications specified and Item 5) this Article: monthly no later than the 10th day of the next month.

Article 3

The parties have the right to the additional information concerning development and regulation of the activities of the stock market which are not stipulated in this agreement based on the written request.
