1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the amount of payment for use of premises (rent) in houses of the state housing stock according to appendix.
2. To state bodies in case of determination of the amount of payment for use of premises (rent) in houses of the state housing stock to be guided by the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective not earlier than 10 days from the date of official publication.

1. The payment amount of expenses for technical and sanitary and hygienic content of auxiliary rooms public in the apartment house and the house adjoining parcel of land, and also the amount sent to Fund of development of housing construction is part of payment for use of premises (rent) in houses of the state housing stock.
2. The amount of payment for use of premises in houses of the state housing stock is determined by employment contracts of premises (rent) proceeding from payment for one square meter of the occupied total area (in certain rooms - proceeding from the area of these rooms) premises by multiplication by total area of the occupied premises.
3. The amount of payment (N) for one square meter of the occupied total area of premises (further - the Payment) is calculated how the work of base rate of payment (Нб) for one square meter of the occupied total area its residential rooms (further - base fare) on the coefficients considering quality, improvement, comfort and location of premises.
