1. These rules establish procedure for provision from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation of other interbudget transfers on financial provision of road activities within the subprogramme "Road economy" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of transport system" (further - other interbudget transfers).
2. Other interbudget transfers are provided within the budgetary appropriations provided by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period and limits of the budget obligations approved to Federal Highway Agency on the purposes specified in Item 1 of these rules according to distribution by the established Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period.
