About entering of amendment into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 No. 369

1. Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008, "About especially important objects" to add No. 369 with the subitem 30 of the following content:

"30) East Duoba and Upper Kumarg Fields for production and development of gold and other passing minerals".

2. Approve as the customer of construction of enrichment factory and the objects connected with production of gold and other passing minerals, "TVEA Dushanbe Mining Industry" limited liability company and its prime contractor TVEA open joint stock company of People's Republic of China.
