The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Culture and for youth of the Republic of Armenia, the "Parties" which further are referred to as,
aiming at further development and strengthening of the friendship existing between two countries,
wishing to develop cooperation in the field of culture,
agreed as follows:
The parties will develop cooperation in the spheres of culture which are of mutual interest, in particular, will encourage:
exchange of theater, music and folklore companies, and also certain soloists,
cooperation in the field of cinematography, in particular exchange of movies, joint filmoproizvodstvo,
participation in the international festivals organized by other Party
exchange of art exhibitions and exhibitions of folk art.
The parties will carry out exchange Culture Days in Belarus and Armenia.
The parties will encourage cooperation and exchange of information between the museums, libraries and archives of both countries.
The parties will organize bilateral seminars and symposiums on questions of preserving cultural heritage with participation of certain specialists of the relevant state and public organizations.
The parties will render assistance to participation of their representatives in the international conferences, meetings and tenders concerning culture organized by other Party.
The parties will encourage holding meetings and exchanges of cultural figures, experience exchange and specialists in the field of art education, also joint cultural programs.
In case of need when implementing exchanges within this agreement of the Party will sign separate agreements where details of actions and financial conditions will be specified.
