Rules of reference of the territories to the territories, adverse for production of agricultural products

1. These rules of reference of the territories to the territories, adverse for production of agricultural products (further - Rules) establish procedure and criteria of reference of the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation or the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation to the territories, adverse for production of agricultural products, in which owing to condition of the soil, climatic conditions, and also than socio-economic factors the level of the income of agricultural producers is lower, than on average on agricultural industry.

2. Criterion of reference of the territories to the territories, adverse for production of agricultural products, on the basis of condition of soils of agricultural holdings is their compliance to one or several of the following characteristics:

a) sandy soils (content of sandy fraction - more than 85 percent, and also content of physical clay - less than 10 percent);

b) tyazheloglinisty soils (content of physical clay - more than 80 percent);

c) saline soils (content of readily soluble salts - more than 1 percent);

d) solonetzic soils (content of exchange sodium - more than 10 percent);
