About amendment of the Instruction for financial accounting in public institutions approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 93 of July 19, 2010.

According to the Art. 11, the paragraph (2) the Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI of 27.04.2007 I ORDER:

In the Instruction "On financial accounting in public organizations", the Minister of Finance No. 93 approved by the Order of July 19, 2010 to make the following additions.

1. Approve appendix No. 5 with the following accounting forms:

- t. 381 ("Memorial orders" of 1,2,3);

- t. 405 ("Memorial orders" 5, 5a);

- t. 408 ("Memorial orders" of 6,7);

- t. 386 ("The memorial order" 8);

- t. 438 ("Memorial orders" of 9,10);

- t. 398 ("The memorial order" 11);

- t. 411 ("The memorial order" 12);

- t. 396 ("The memorial order" 13);

- t. 409 ("The memorial order" 14);

- t. 406 ("The memorial order" 15);

- t. 400 ("The memorial order" 16);

- t. 274 ("The memorial order").

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
