1. The paragraph the fourteenth Item 2 of the Section II and the paragraph the thirteenth Item 5 of the Section III of Provisions on order of registration of changes in stock exchange rules concerning the issuance on the stock exchange of derivatives approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of August 4, 2009 No. 884, No. 818/16834 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2009 (with changes), after the word "seals" to add with words "(in the presence)".

2. To department of regulation of activities of dealers in securities and stock exchanges (Ustenko I. I.) provide:

submission of this decision on implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To management of internal audit and communications (Zbarazhskaya A. E.) provide publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
