About modification of regulatory legal acts

According to Item 7 parts two of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", articles 23-25 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on order of registration of changes in stock exchange rules concerning issuance on the stock exchange of derivatives approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of August 4, 2009 No. 884, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2009 No. 818/16834, the following changes:

"The law of Ukraine "On the taxation of profit of the companies" to exclude 1) in Item 1 of the Section I of the word;

2) in the Section IV:

in paragraph six of Item 1 of the word of "means (currency values)" shall be replaced with words "currency values (except the securities expressed in hryvnia)";

in Item 2 to replace the word of "workers" with the word of "calendar";
