About reduction of national technical regulations and standards in the field of construction in compliance with the European legislation and standards

For the purpose of reduction of national technical regulations and standards in the field of construction in compliance with the European legislation and the Government DECIDES: standards

1. Approve the Action plan on reduction of national technical regulations and standards in the field of construction in compliance with the European legislation and standards for 2014-2020 it (is applied).

2. To perform financing of implementation of the Action plan on reduction of national technical regulations and standards in the field of construction in compliance with the European legislation and standards at the expense of the means of the government budget intended for development of base of regulating documents in the field of construction and also for the project account of technical assistance and grants.

3. To the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction:

1) to carry out monitoring and to coordinate process of accomplishment of the Action plan on reduction of national technical regulations and standards in the field of construction in compliance with the European legislation and standards for 2014-2020;

To represent 2) to the Government:

a) each half a year to 31 dates following reporting half-year, the report on accomplishment of the specified Action plan;

b) annually, in case of need, offers on updating of this Action plan.

4. To impose control of procedure for accomplishment of this resolution on the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction.
