About entering of amendments into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2070 and of February 14, 2009 No. 193
For the purpose of ensuring realization of package of measures, the gaps and contradictions directed to non-admission in legal acts and other regulatory legal acts, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. subitem 3.6 of Item 3 of the Standard regulations on legal service of republican state body and other state organization, subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the local executive and administrative organ approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2070 "About some measures directed to increase in role and quality of work of legal services" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 19, 5/29149), to add with words ", and also takes measures for coordination of preparation in state body of actions plans on accomplishment of final provisions of legal acts and participates in their realization";
1.2. add the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 "About Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310), Chapter 11 of the following content:
"Chapter 11. Organization of accomplishment of final provisions of legal acts by state bodies
53. Accomplishment of final provisions of the adopted (published) legal acts is performed by state bodies, as a rule, on planned basis.
54. Preparation of the draft of the actions plan on accomplishment of final provisions of the legal act (further - the plan) is performed:
