(1) the item c) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release) and Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 294 of March 17, 1998 about accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406-II of December 23, 1997, with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. State item 5 of Appendix to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 780 ot18.06.2013 "About procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting (except for tax delivery notes)" in the following edition:

"5. To those which provide observance of regulations of item 7 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the delivery note approved by appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 47 of 31.03.2010 about approval of standard form of the source document of the strict reporting "Delivery note" also independent seal of delivery note and appendix to delivery note is allowed to business entities to whom according to the list approved by GGNI the independent seal of forms of tax delivery notes is resolved as well as".

2. This Order becomes effective from the date of publication.
