Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of the "Provision on single migratory information system of the Public Migratory Service of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 4, 2010 No. 276 in compliance with the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

Make the following changes to the "Provision on single migratory information system of the Public Migratory Service of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 4, 2010 No. 276 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 6, Article 491; 2011, No. 11, Article 995; 2013, No. 9, Article 1048):

1. in the second offer of part 6 after words of "rendering services" to add with words ", conducting migration registration of foreigners and stateless persons".

2. add with Item 7.3-1 of the following content:
