Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the order geological information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 13, 1995 No. 423 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 8, Art. 220; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, Art. 457; 2009, No. 92, Art. 3116; 2011, No. 67, Art. 2572; 2012, No. 81, Art. 3256), following changes:
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. The customs clearance of geological information is made according to requirements of the Customs code of Ukraine.";
to exclude appendix to the Provision.
