Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of application of security measure in the form of resettlement of the protected person on other residence concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2012 No. 953 "About approval of Rules of application of security measure in the form of resettlement of the protected person on other residence concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 39, the Art. 5290).

2. Determine that the procedure for expense recovery, the protected persons connected with moving in case of resettlement on other residence, and also receipt of financial support by them provided by this resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 10, 2014.
